Liaising both internally with different departments and externally through partner companies to resolve customer queries
Carrying out any other ad hoc administration duties where necessary

Client Setup:
You’ll work alongside our sales team to get new takeaways and restaurants up and running. This includes setting up their online menus, collecting key information like opening hours and logos, liaising with the client throughout the onboarding process and helping test and launch their branded ordering site
Support and Training:
You’ll be the go-to person for helping clients with questions or issues. That might mean answering queries by phone or email, fixing small problems, and showing clients how to use the system via screen share or training calls

Your responsibilities will include greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner, managing incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining central diaries, and arranging appointments as required.

Provide effective administrative support to the Strategic Contract Management Lead and departmental Contract Manager focusing on contract management, specifically, contract administration and related processes
Assist in the collection, organisation, migration, and sharing of contract documentation and data
Deliver technical and administrative assistance to the team in areas such as contract spend, supplier relationship management, stakeholder engagement, communication, responsible procurement, and contract lifecycle management

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Take care of the administration of the Business Travel contract, including daily monitoring of the Business Travel inbox, adding new users in a timely fashion, dealing with queries from the business and the supplier
