We need to see practical evidence of technical delivery within an on-premises network infrastructure environment. Project management, showing end to end, from identifying issues, driving to a conclusion & making an impact.
This role could be described as more of a "problem manager than a project manager"! Working in a large-scale enterprise agile environment.

The purpose of this Network Infrastructure Delivery role is to lead the delivery and implementation of network initiative projects, be they infrastructure rollout, service capability, network realisation, optimisation or best practice policy and procedures.

You will be working on several complex projects, from inception through to handover. - Develop and implement the detailed installation project plan for standard projects and aid with more complex projects and/or key accounts.

To succeed youll need a track record of delivering Electrical Installation Projects and a proven record of managing teams well.
- You will have several years Project Management experience in a similar role and the ability to multi-task and deliver/control multiple projects in tandem.
- Specific EV Charging knowledge is essential with a passion for Electric Vehicles and associated Infrastructure projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualified in Electrical Engineering or technical discipline would be advantageous with strong Microsoft IT skills or Qualified to NVQ/C&G level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Dudick, a division of Carboline is seeking a Customer Service Representative, located at their facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. This is a full time in-office position that is responsible for order cycle starting with the placement of the order, coordination of manufacturing the product, and shipment through billing. A Customer Service Representative will speak with customers and our sales team over the phone and through email requiring great communication skills, an ability to learn complex order systems, and a team orientated personality.
Minimum Requirements
High School Degree or equivalent, 2-year Business degree or 1-5 years Customer Service experience.
Essential Functions
Answer a high volume of phone calls. Input orders with correct price, discounts, commission splits, rate special requirements, products, point of manufacture, sales division, project, market, routing, and freight terms. Use selling skills to upgrade orders, substitute products, turn inquiries into orders and introduce new products. Maintain existing customer base through proper servicing and complaint handling skills. Work with customer service manager to initiate expediting and improved schedule dates Coordinate the manufacturing point, scheduling, shipment and delivery of product. Prioritize and negotiate product availability with the expeditor. Advise sales management and field sales representatives of customer perception in terms of the company's service level. Understand and follow policy guidelines relative to stock orders, no-charge orders, special charges, quality compliance, credit, freight recovery, commission levels and commission splits. Follow up daily on order status and notify customers or sales reps of any changes. Work with production management and expediting to meet customer requirements. Work closely with Regional Managers on pertinent regional service and support issues, account development, sales training, inventory availability, etc. Recommend and communicate stock levels/changes due to the direction of the sales team to the Supply Chain Manager. Provide backup for the whole Customer Service Department. Handle special assignments as needed. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.
