A Multi-Skilled Vehicle Accident Repair Technician repairs all elements of a vehicle after it has taken some type of collision damage.
This will involve learning the skills required to take an accident damaged vehicle through various stages of repair to the pre-accident condition.
These fall into three main areas of skills training:
MET-Mechanical, Electrical & Trim. Candidates will learn to refit processes of all main vehicle systems including air conditioning, vehicle alignment and Hybrid & Electric vehicle systems

Over the course of the 5 years, you will complete a BSc in Quantity Surveying followed by the Assessment of Professional Competence to become an MRICS Chartered Surveyor.
Throughout your Apprenticeship, 20% of your working time will be allocated for training and development so although you may need to do some study out of hours you will have time in the office to work on assignments and will be able to get support and advice from your mentor and experienced surveying team.

Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil records relating to attendance, welfare, and inclusion
Input and manage data on the school’s Management Information System (MIS) to support tracking and reporting
Produce and distribute reports, letters, and correspondence as required
Provide administrative support for meetings, including minute-taking, preparing agendas, and circulating relevant documentation
Assist with the monitoring of daily attendance, follow up on absences, and escalate concerns in line with school policy
Assist with the coordination of attendance interventions and liaise with relevant staff to ensure appropriate support is in place
Support the recording and monitoring of safeguarding and welfare concerns in line with the school’s procedures
Assist as a first point of contact for parents and carers regarding attendance
Support the organisation of meetings and communications with families to promote engagement and positive relationships
Draft and issue letters and reports to parents/carers related to attendance and inclusion
Provide administrative support to the Pupil Welfare Officer team, including diary management and coordination of activities
Ensure consistency in record-keeping and follow-up actions across the welfare team
General Duties:
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
Adhere to safeguarding procedures and support the school’s safeguarding culture
Undertake training and development relevant to the role
Combine practical on the job training with theoretical learning and development
Take responsibility for gathering and recording evidence for your Level 3 apprenticeship and key skills, and attending and training sessions or tests organised by your assessor
Take an active part in appraising their own work against agreed priorities and targets in accordance with the Trust’s performance management protocols
Respond to enquiries in a positive and professional manner and to be focussed on achieving the desired outcome. This could be face-to-face, on the telephone or by email and with a wide range of external providers
Undertake any necessary training associated with the duties of the post
Provide general administration support including data entry, internal and external communications and reception cover
Ensure that communication within school is robust and timely, sharing information as appropriate with the correct school staff
To ensure the confidential safekeeping of sensitive documents
To ensure all information either verbally or written is kept confidential at all times

Training:Full apprenticeship training provided, working towards a level 3 Business Administration qualification. The company takes in many deliveries of stock from suppliers and the products range from gaming machines, laptops, PCs, computing equipment such as mobile and desktop/tower workstations and networking equipment. When they arrive, it is ‘all hands to the wheel’ to ensure everything expected has been delivered and in the right quantities and conditions. You will help with this process
More detailed evaluation of each product takes place prior to it often then entering a light production process. You will learn how to test, upgrade and work with many different makes and models of IT equipment. Defined production procedures will be explained and detailed data recorded by you during the process
You will often carry out software installations and upgrades primarily with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Many products undertake a refurbishment and renewal process of some sort - you will learn about this, perhaps carry out some of this work or arrange for goods to go to an external processing company. You will learn all the procedures surrounding this
Preparing individual products for sale and shipment and preparing larger shipments to be sent to Amazon
You will learn to use the necessary sections of the production flow in-house database control system
You will often have to be in touch with manufacturers and other processing companies and to arrange warranty repairs or simply to seek technical help to troubleshoot technical problems
By the time you have successfully completed the apprenticeship, you will be well-versed in many areas and will also have had a fantastic introduction to working in a professional business environment
After completing the apprenticeship, further opportunities will be available to progress within the business, whether on the technical production side or moving to different areas. They are looking to train and retain bright, ambitious and hardworking individuals – people who are keen and committed to ‘getting ahead’, to furthering themselves and their careers.

You will be involved in:
Supervising children play time
Engaging children in learning and play activities
Keeping and updating records accordingly
Attend to the pupils’ personal needs and implement related personal programmes including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters
Make observations of learning from the activities you are directed to complete and feed these back to the teacher
