We are looking for a highly skilled Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate with excellent communication skills, compassion and understanding of the impact of abuse and exploitation.
We are looking for an innovative candidate who has experience of working with adults who have experienced trauma and abuse.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and developing their leadership skills. The Role: The successful candidate will provide a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area. You will be involved in all aspects of case management, including: risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcomes and case review when supporting clients through their recovery and reflection period.
