We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestige dealership in Chelmsford.
The Vehicle Technician role comes with a basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 (£60,000 OTE) with fantastic opportunities for progression.

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
- As the Vehicle Technician you will carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturers scheduled times to maintain efficiency
Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Vehicle Technician (or similar)
- Good technical knowledge
- Must have a Driving License

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for programming pricing consistent with channel/region/territory alignment with sales, marketing and business strategies for DAP Canada and Export sales organizations. The analyst is responsible for managing all programs from routing the initial request for approval to loading data in our systems and ultimately ensuring pricing and rebates are processed correctly. The analyst will review all invoice holds and release the orders based on pricing strategies, promotions and incentives as approved for the individual accounts. Responsibility entails administration program approvals, pricing and rebates as required for each business segment. The analyst will also manage rep agency payments in accordance with approved agreements. Close communication with sales representatives, Marketing, Credit, Finance and Customer Service is essential in providing sales administrative support for DAP's accounts.
Responsibilities
Pricing & Promotional Support
Program and monitor pricing consistent with Channel, Region, Territory and National Account alignment Coordinate programs cross-departmentally aligning with key business objectives Coordinate discount and rebate account accruals in SAP with account payment activity Work closely with Customer Service to ensure account orders are priced correctly and invoiced on a timely basis Provide data and back-up documentation for auditor pricing verification Explore, test and audit for software efficiencies in running promotions and programs Work with RPM sister companies and DAP to ensure intercompany orders are processed correctly.
Administration/Analytical Support
Create reports and visuals that evaluate programs, pricing, and impacts therein Analyze impact of account pricing, promotions and other programs and communicate to key stakeholders Manage all account Off-Invoice and Backend Promotion Programs for the Canadian and Export sales organizations. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Credit personnel. Understand and follow all established policies and procedures. Coordinate and support rebate payment process for customers and buying groups. Coordinate and support rep agency payments in accordance with contractual agreements. Provide communication support on written material to company personnel on all group related programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, associate's degree. 1+ years of relevant experience. Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus. Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand. Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.

The Production Manager will work under the general direction of the Operations Manager, provides leadership for production teams within a high-performance environment. Responsibilities
Managing others

Direct the Packaging, Compounding Leads and plant personnel in assigned shifts to ensure safety, production, quality, and cleanliness requirements are met.
Daily assignments
Oversee daily employee job assignments to maximize use of plant labor and ensure all production reports are completed. Complete any reports as needed. Provides feedback and addresses performance issues as needed.
Monitor production flow
Oversee operational area relating to material flow to ensure high production efficiencies and smooth flow of incoming and outgoing materials. Must be able to show flexibility by making quick decisions to ensure daily goals are met.
Monitor quality
Responsible for maintaining a consistently high degree of product quality. Partners with Quality team to ensure DAP's standards are met.
Maintain & promote good safety & housekeeping practices
Supports the Plant's Safety Program. Ensures compliance of all safety programs and practices. Supports safety audits by participating monthly and ensuring supervisors participate as well. with the hourly personnel and assure full compliance with all procedures.
Communications
Effectively communicate with all members of the team. Be approachable and strive to build teamwork and positive morale. Conducts regular meetings to share information and ensure two-way communication. Uses DAP Star Recognition program.
Associate development

As the Night Nurse Co-ordinator your key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services the Night Coordinator will work ensure the safe and appropriate management of the site throughout the night time delivery of care
Responsible for overseeing the hospital at night
Providing leadership and support to the ward based nursing teams, and clinical supervision as and when required
Ensure that a high standard of patient care is provided and that the site complies with all quality standards and statutory requirements throughout the night shift
You will be supported to achieve this by 24 hour medical and management on call
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Clinical supervision experience essential, training is desirable
Evidence of CPD and intent to maintain and develop CPD and leadership
Good computer skills
Experience in Acute Mental Health
At Least 3 years, or equivalent post registration experience
Be confident in clinical and risk management decisions
Clinical experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the nursing team and hospital overall

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Knowledge and experience with administering medication safely
Be confident in creating and updating individualised care plans and documentation
Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC
