What You’ll Be Doing
Client-Centred Mobilisation & Oversight
Lead the planning and implementation of new complex care packages in collaboration with the Head of Clinical Development and Clinical Services Manager.
Provide temporary clinical oversight during vacancies or absences, both planned and unplanned, to ensure continuity of care.
Manage a small caseload of clients with high-acuity needs, developing tailored care plans and ensuring safe, effective service delivery.
Clinical Assessment & Care Planning
Conduct comprehensive assessments of Clients with complex medical needs to identify their healthcare requirements, including physical, psychological, and social factors.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualised care plans for Clients, with a focus on addressing their unique needs and goals.
Coordination & Monitoring
Act as the central point of contact for clients and families, coordinating care and navigating healthcare systems.
Monitor client progress, evaluate care effectiveness, and adjust plans to optimise outcomes.
Education & Support
Educate clients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
Provide emotional support and guidance throughout the care journey.
Quality & Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Active NMC registration (Adult Nursing)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, DHE, or equivalent
Own vehicle and drivers’ licence
Experience in community-based complex care
Skilled in delivering clinical training and competency sign-off
Strong communication, documentation, and people management skills
Proficient with utilising project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Teams Planner)
Desirable Experience
Train the Trainer or Level 3 teaching qualification
Experience with ABI, spinal cord injuries, tracheostomy, and ventilation care

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join a leading engineering and manufacturing business. If you have proven turning experience, strong knowledge of Siemens A2100XZT, and the ability to program offline, wed like to hear from you. Milling experience (3+4 axis) would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines using Siemens A2100XZT controls
- Produce precision components to tight tolerances across a range of materials
- Perform offline programming for efficient production runs
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure all components meet specification requirements
- Select and set up appropriate tooling and work-holding devices
- Conduct first-off and inâprocess quality inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Collaborate effectively with both the production and engineering teams

Requirements

Progress reviews:
The initial training would be office based and then remove learning and in going teams support. One-to -One mentor, guidance and support.
6 months trial probation period, then progression to degree which will be funded through the company. Future possible Master in Law or choice route into adjudication.
Apprentices participate in regular meetings with their employer and training provider to discuss their progress and development.
End-point assessment:
Apprentices prepare for and undertake an end-point assessment to demonstrate their competence in the required skills and knowledge.
Communication:
Apprentices are expected to communicate effectively with their employer and training provider about any concerns, feedback, or absences.
