We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after receiving process is complete.
Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Minimum Requirements:

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. They provide technical support to lawyers and have acted as Party Representative for construction clients on adjudications.
They also provide specialist construction arbitration and construction adjudication services.
THE CANDIDATE
They now have an opening for an ambitious Partner Designate Claims Consultant to join them ASAP based either from their Suffolk office covering work across the UK and some further afield or from the East Midlands, East of England, London and the South East although candidates from other UK locations will be considered.
You must have excellent experience in dispute resolution and it is likely that you are a Quantity Surveyor by training with excellent experience of construction claims, adjudication, dispute resolution etc.
You may have worked on claims across a variety of sectors including buildings, infrastructure, civils, MEP, power, utilities etc.
You are likely to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, be MRICS qualified and you may also have done an MSc in Construction Law or LLB.

An exciting requirement for an experienced CLAIMS CONSULTANT with a Quantity Surveying background at Partner Designate level to join my client as soon as possible either in London / South East or based from the East of England or East Midlands although candidates from other locations may also be considered.

They provide technical support to lawyers and have acted as Party Representative for construction clients on adjudications.
They also provide specialist construction arbitration and construction adjudication services.
THE CANDIDATE
They now have an opening for an ambitious Partner Designate Claims Consultant to join them ASAP based either from London / South East covering work across the UK and some further afield or from the East Midlands or East of England, although candidates from other UK locations will be considered.
You must have excellent experience in dispute resolution and it is likely that you are a Quantity Surveyor by training with excellent experience of construction claims, adjudication, dispute resolution etc.
You may have worked on claims across a variety of sectors including buildings, infrastructure, civils, MEP, power, utilities etc.
You are likely to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, be MRICS qualified and you may also have done an MSc in Construction Law or LLB.

The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
