Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required. Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc. Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers.
