About the team
This position aims to work with foster parents therapeutically to ensure support and enable them to sustain children in placement. The team identify training needs and deliver as necessary, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with other agencies and ensure parents accept and operate within agreed policies and guidance. The service is working to grow the presence in the southwest. This position is part time, structured at 20 hours a week.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a therapeutic Fostering setting post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. A valid UK driving license is essential for this role. Having a positive attitude and being emotionally intelligent lends well to this type of work.
