THE CANDIDATE
You should be qualified as a Designer with a background in any of the following:- Architecture, Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering etc.
You will ideally have APS and possibly IOSH / NEBOSH Certification.
You may also have done the RIBA Principal Designer Course of similar.
You need to have experience of commenting and reporting on the adequacy of the construction phase plan and assist in the notification to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and undertake site visits as required.
You will have worked using the CDM Building Regulations 2015 and be thoroughly able to advise, monitor and manage CDM complaince and deal with all relevant documentation.
You should have first class communication skills, both written and spoken to be able to work closely with the design team and the main / principal contractor.
You should have a stable work record.
You need to be willing to do some UK travel as some projects are in London and the South East.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken along with good IT skills and have good client facing skills.

Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices. This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment. Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems. Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems. This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems. Summary
Prime Resins is seeking a determined, self-starting, and enterprising Sales Representative within the Great Lakes region (MI, WI, IL, IN, OH) with experience in the Water/Wastewater market to expand our presence in the marketplace. This position is responsible for both selling and generating new business with Prime Resins product line which includes maintaining existing customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue, and increase profitability of the assigned territory.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of individual sales experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Requirements
Technical knowledge in engineering, water/wastewater, or another related field.
Self-starter with time management and planning skills.
Aptitude to learn as well as gain understanding of relative concepts quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
High level of interpersonal skills and verbal diplomacy.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity. May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion. May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. Occasional exposure to various chemicals. May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions

Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Develop and maintain channels with distributors and resellers.
