Work is usually pre-booked the day before or occasionally, first thing in the morning. We have a range of year groups that need covered across the primary age ranges.

Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Your Role as a Supply Teacher:

Providing one-to-one support for a non-verbal child with Autism.

Encouraging social interaction, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Qualifications/Experience
To be successful as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need:
An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
The right to work in the UK.
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with Autism is desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature with strong communication skills.
