Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
You will work alongside class teachers in a variety of roles, including supporting an individual child, small groups of children, or the entire class. You will assist children with a wide range of abilities, needs, and learning styles.
The successful candidate will be able to provide academic, emotional, and social support to enable the children to achieve their best.
Duties include:
Work positively with all individuals or small groups of children, as a team, under the direction of teaching staff
