This is a very varied role and involves:
Working on food processing equipment (pressure cooking vessels, mixers, pastry laminators, pie machines, ovens, automated packing lines etc).

Learn how to set up, adjust spring manufacturing machines and run a production job under the guidance of experienced professionals
Hand-coil certain parts as needed
Support the production team with various tasks, including setting up machines, packing parts, and grinding
Develop an in-depth understanding of spring manufacturing processes
Work closely with skilled setters and engineers to gain hands-on experience
