It will involve a combination of on and off the job training in the workplace
You will have monthly mentoring and guidance at work from a Craven College Learning & Development Advisor alongside monthly online workshops via Teams meetings
After between 14 & 18 months you will be entered to undertake an End Point Assessment, to complete your Apprenticeship
The End Point Assessment will comprise of a Project, Knowledge Test, and a Presentation/Interview with the assessor

Managing timely input of data into the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for new employees, leavers and changes.
Supporting managers with employee lifecycle queries, for onboarding and off-boarding

To follow the nursery safeguarding procedure to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure

To be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, parent evening, fundraising events etc.

Work alongside the Manager and staff team to ensure that the nursery’s philosophy is fulfilled
Read, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role as deemed appropriate by the Manager
Recording accidents in the accident book. Ensure the Manager has initialled the report before parents receives it
