Ability to understand and perform complex Manufacture Plant repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired. Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications. Work in plant, and shop environment. Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service. Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices. This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment. Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems. This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems. Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems. This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems. Work with internal customers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime. Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements. Assist in training less skilled mechanics. Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies. Work with and/or supervise projects using an outside contractor. Perform all work according to Tremco quality and safety procedures. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head, throughout the day. You'll work throughout the construction phase, working with all on-site trades, such as bricklayers and plant operatives, up to and including the final completion activities of the project.
What You'll Do:
Set out and prepare areas for construction - Measuring, marking, cutting and installing geo membranes to stabilise soil
Help with drainage systems - Basic principles of internal/external drainage and ducting systems
Participate in concrete work - Gauging, mixing, placing, compacting and finishing mortars and concrete by hand and by mixer

Groundworkers are the first contractors to begin work on a construction site. They work closely with all construction trades, such as bricklayers, and plant operatives, to prepare the site ready for building works to begin.
You will receive a site safety briefing and a schedule of work for the day and be expected to work as part of a team to complete tasks set for that project.

Foundations, hard landscaping and earth works
Concreting
Traditional drainage and pipe laying
Benching, channelling manholes and gullies
Road works, laying kerbs, paving

Position Summary:
Analyze financial data, assist with the annual budget process and work with counterparts on monthly/annual reporting. Position will also involve some general ledger/closing tasks.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans, develop forecasts, and monitor actual performance against planned outcomes. Work closely with the Supply Chain team to understand business needs, gather data and provide financial insights for informed decision making. Perform ad hoc analysis related to sales and gross profits as well as general review of all aspects of the financial statements as requested. Design, prepare and distribute various financial reports monthly Manage, review, and coordinate requests from PCG/RPM on an as needed basis with international counterparts. Complete month end close activities including, but not limited to prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, trend analysis Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Financial Analysis or Accounting experience Experience with financial reporting tools & ERP systems Proficient in excel Experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental, lifting, or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
