I am looking to recruit a Support Worker who is a driver and commutable to Warminster to work in a specialist residential home for adults with autism, learning disabilities and non-verbal communication.
Your role as a Support Worker will be to support and provide personal care to the adults when needed, provide emotional and physical support in their daily life, promote independence and ensure they are enjoying and living their life to the full with trips, hobbies and fun activities!
This is a permanent full time position and we are looking for candidates who only want permanent work and FT hours.
Your shift patterns will be short shifts working mornings 8am-2pm or 2pm – 10pm with no sleep ins, alternate weekends (could be 1 or 2 days at the weekend, rarely both) required meaning you have an excellent work life balance.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role so only candidates with full RTW without sponsorship will be contacted.
