Apprentices must be able to commit to lessons at least once a month. Training Outcome:Completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship opens the door to a wide range of opportunities in the Early Years sector. With this qualification, individuals become fully qualified practitioners, capable of working independently with children in nurseries, preschools, and reception classes.
As they gain experience, they may progress into more senior roles such as:
Senior Practitioner or Room Leader – overseeing a team within a room, leading planning and observation, and supporting less experienced colleagues.
Deputy Nursery Manager – supporting the nursery manager in daily operations, compliance, safeguarding, and staff development.

This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation in business operations and is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in administration. Successful completion can lead to a range of administrative, coordination, and supervisory roles across various industries.Training:Training is delivered through a flexible combination of in-person sessions at our training centre and online learning with our experienced tutors. Apprentices will use the Laser Learning platform to complete and submit coursework, monitor their progress, and stay engaged throughout their programme. Attendance for monthly lessons is required.Training Outcome:Completing the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship opens the door to a wide range of administrative and operational roles across various industries. This qualification equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to support and improve business operations effectively.

You will work within the 12 bedded emergency department that treats all emergency attendances across the Island of Guernsey.The department comprises of 5 major bays, 1 paediatric bay, 2 resuscitation bay, an eye room, a triage room and minor assessment room.The department that treat approximately 18,000 patients a year both adults and children.Reporting to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager you will;- have advanced knowledge and skills in emergency care and be recognised as a clinically autonomous practitioner.- practice within emergency care to provide patient centred clinical care.
