Key Responsibilities

Handle correspondence with clients, product providers, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with paraplanners, advisers, and executive assistants to ensure smooth workflows.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
Scan, upload, and categorise incoming client documents and correspondence into the firm’s systems.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding client actions, such as signed agreements or additional documentation.
Support with company social media pages e.g. Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram.
Arrange and confirm client appointments, meetings, and reviews for advisers.
Step in to assist advisers with basic paraplanning tasks, such as drafting templates or updating client financial summaries.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

The role will focus on commercial properties in a variety of settings and with different clients. You will undertake the decoration and protection of buildings. Working internally or externally you will work individually and/or as part of a team applying water-borne and/or solvent-borne paint coatings and wallcoverings. You will build your knowledge through training of paint coatings and wallcoverings and understand and comply with statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
To be a painter and decorator, you should have good practical and creative skills. You will need to be able to work carefully and pay attention to detail. Sometimes you’ll need a good head for heights.
Your main tasks would include:
Measuring surface areas to work out how much paint or wall covering you need
Stripping off old wallpaper or paint
Filling holes and cracks and making sure surfaces are level

Collaborate with key stakeholders' decision makers to develop their building enclosure risk mitigation strategy, based upon the Tremco CPG Construction Quality Control Program and the Enclosure Commissioning Process which includes but is not limited to: Review drawings and details, provide specification assistance, assess constructability reviews, attend pre-construction and pre-installation meetings, prepare performance mockups, conduct site audits, and attend field testing. Work collaboratively with the local Technical Sales Representatives on all Construction QC Program Projects and all Enclosure Design Solutions Services. Synergize with the local representatives to ensure the installing contractor bid all Tremco products as the basis of design for any given project. Support sales teams to win or flip non-Construction QC Program Projects by aiding with design, specification or constructability reviews, assess detail solutions at transitions, and deliver Tremco CPG presentations, as necessary. Work with Architects and Consultants to ensure specifications and details are constructible and when possible, make Tremco CPG Companies the Basis of Design. Provide product recommendations for the enclosure design. Conduct design review and specification review for all building enclosure design. Collaborate with the Owner's 3rd Party Consultant or Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider. Work with the design team to provide project specific transition details support. Work with Owners, Architects and Consultants to provide specifications for building enclosure performance warranties provided by Tremco CPG. Work with construction teams to flip non-Tremco CPG Projects into incorporating multiple Tremco CPG Companies products onto their projects. Collaborate with other Tremco CPG Companies' team members to continually improve upon the Enclosure Design Solutions Services and Construction Quality Control Program and promote products within the Tremco CPG Companies. Work with the Regional and local Tremco CPG Company Technical Sales Reps on projects developed under the Construction Quality Control Program. Work with the appropriate Tremco CPG Brand Partners in transitioning new construction projects to Tremco's six-sided Asset Management Program. Collaborate and work with the Building Enclosure Science Team, the Sustainable Test Facility, and the Tremco CPG Company Technical Reps. Use SalesForce to track and communicate their projects information among team members. Present at the Local and National level to architects, construction managers, consultants, and industry organizations.
EDUCATION
Minimum HS Diploma or GED with 5 years' experience in a laboratory environment OR Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, General Science or similar with no experience.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing etc.) Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Advanced Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building enclosure systems, including waterproofing, insulation, and air/vapor barriers. The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule. This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed.
