Your role and responsibilities:
Lead/co-ordinate in structured root cause analyses to investigate technical failures, identify systemic issues and develop corrective actions that enhance the useability, safety and long-term reliability of the USVs.
Investigate procedural and documentation-related contributors to failures, identifying gaps in technical instructions, maintenance procedures, or system documentation, and provide clearrecommendations that support updates to controlled documents and continuous improvement efforts
Identify and communicate opportunities for USV design improvements to the product management teams with a view to advise and assist in the implementation of these via feedback loop with design teams for both existing assets and new-build vessels
Develop and distribute reports and technical memos to stakeholders outlining findings from technical investigations.
What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Hold Bachelor or equivalent in electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical or similar
Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical subsystems such as propulsion, steering, hull structures, and mechanical linkages.
Experience diagnosing failures related to wear, fatigue, corrosion, and mechanical misalignment in marine environments
Skilled in interpreting and analysing electrical/mechanical drawings, assembly schematics,and component specifications
Familiarity with marine classification standards and reliability practices formechanical and electrical systems (e.g., ISO 16315, DNV GL rules).
Able to assess the impact of electrical/mechanical design decisions on system reliability and maintainability. Comfortable working with field data, maintenance logs, and inspectionreports to identify recurring mechanical issues and degradation patterns.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of their assigned region, which includes, but is not limited to, setting strategic direction, providing customer service and sales support, managing regional personnel, ensuring regional profitability and performance, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality. Serve as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and achieve positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.

Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, and product management issues.

Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others.

RAS Store Support have merchandising opportunities for a long-standing major UK client to support with their footwear and accessories within the clothing department. As a Tactical Retail Merchandiser you will ensure the departments are merchandised to ensure the product range is visually attractive and easy to shop by customers.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and dependable people with an interest and eye for detail in retail.
Excellent time management controllers, who can organize and prioritize well to achieve goals efficiently and productively.
Hard working and energetic individuals who can manage manual handling and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent merchandising standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Ensuring stock database accuracy and carry out price changes.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Submit a completion report for each visit showing before and after visuals of completed areas.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with a camera and ability to enable location services for the purposes of reporting, time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.
What you’ll get in return:
£12.21 per hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h
Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday (Store dependent)
Depending on store, 2 to 3 hour shifts
Access to earnings in advance of pay day via Wagestream
