THE CAD MANAGER / DESIGN MANAGER ROLE:
Lead and manage a team of Design Engineers, overseeing workload, quality and professional development.
Oversee the production of detailed designs and layout drawings for projects.
Provide technical leadership and ensure all drawings meet client specifications, design standards, and regulatory compliance.
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers and clients from initial consultation through to final delivery.
Ensure designs are optimised for cost, installation efficiency and long-term performance.
Liaise with suppliers and key manufacturer partners to ensure the most suitable products and systems are specified.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the CAD and design process.
Report directly to senior management on project progress, team performance, and design output quality.
THE PERSON:
Proven experience as a CAD Manager, Design Manager, or in a senior Design Engineer role
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; additional experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks would be advantageous.
Excellent leadership and team management skills and able to mentor, motivate and develop junior design engineers.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to ensure designs are both technically sound and cost-effective.
Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Competent with Microsoft Office and Excel (including formula creation).

This role is an integral part of the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Department, coordinating administrative duties such as scheduling, patient communication, reception and clerical support. You will ensure appointments are managed efficiently to support patient pathways, oversee retrieval of imaging and reports from external Trusts, and provide reception cover at Chelsea. The post holder will also handle enquiries from patients, carers and staff, and work closely with colleagues across Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Diagnostic Imaging, consultants and other health services across the Trust.
Manage Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT referrals, scheduling appointments in line with clinical priorities, cancer waiting times and local protocols.
Communicate directly with patients about appointments, providing information, reassurance and managing expectations.
Ensure appointment letters, information sheets and pre-scan checks are completed before attendance.
Coordinate bookings across gamma cameras and liaise with radiopharmacy and clinical staff to arrange investigations.
Plan and adjust scanning schedules to optimise scanner capacity and service efficiency.
Handle patient and staff enquiries politely and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
Support timely production, verification and accessibility of imaging reports and documentation.
Provide clerical and administrative support including data entry, correspondence, record keeping and audit tasks.
Liaise with consultants, secretaries, other departments and external hospitals to ensure smooth patient pathways.
Manage private patient records and processes in line with Trust and financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities – Clerical and Reception:
Use hospital information systems (HIS, ICW, RIS) and Microsoft
Office to support efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate patient records, including annotations, and ensure timely retrieval and delivery of images and reports.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and unplanned plant process maintenance and repairs. Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required. Maintains parts inventories, submits purchase requisitions, and maintains equipment files. Communicates job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots, plans, modifies, and repairs/rebuilds all types of plant equipment Performs basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and construction, as required Tests new or repaired equipment to assure satisfactory performance Modifies/fabricates as required, using welder, cutting torches and various machines and tools Keeps equipment, maintenance shop, and job sites in a clean and orderly condition Works in accordance with OSHA and Tremco safety policies and procedures Works from ladders, lifts, elevated places, and confined spaces, as required Documents work completed; reports job outcome/supplies Daily handoff /communication with other shifts Details job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel Submits requisitions for repair/replacement parts, as necessary Enters MRO receipts in SAP system, maintains parts inventory/shop/equipment files/records Lifts up to 50 lbs., as required. Responsibilities:
Operates a variety of packaging and filling lines including: placing of packaging on the line, monitoring the filling operation, packing-off finished product, performing quality checks and assisting in the cleaning and changeover of the line. Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory by proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, reporting any spills, and ensuring all items per case and cases per pallet counts are accurate. Utilize RF scanner and SAP system. Maintain production logs to accurately record downtime/issues. Completes all paperwork accurately. Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a neat and orderly work area. Abides by all departmental and plant safety rules. Works in other areas as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for periods of up to 3 hours at a time Must be able to team lift 70-100 lbs. occasionally Ability to climb steps/ladders Ability to become a licensed DAP forklift driver Must wear required PPE at all times throughout the shift (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes) Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
