As an Apprentice Nursery Educator your role will include;•Being part of a friendly team•Having a group of key children, responsible for planning and completing observations.•Ensuring that the safeguarding and welfare of the children is paramount in the room at all times.•Being aware of and complying with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework.•Making sure the children have a safe, fun, and great learning environment.•Building positive relationships by engaging and interacting with the children, staff, and familiesThe children’s individual needs and learning styles are at the heart of our nurseries. Bright Stars will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes: • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator • Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This will be delivered through Bright Stars' dedicated training provider, Realise.Training Outcome:Our Team are the most important part of our nursery and this is why we are known for providing high quality childcare in a friendly team-working atmosphere.
