Work in the sample program to develop water borne products in custom colors. Document results of tests, analyses, and maintain lab books in an acceptable manner. Coordinate receipt of telephone, fax, and mailed inquiries regarding product testing/usage and respond accordingly. Provide written and verbal technical support and product recommendations and liaise with Plant Manager and headquarters R&D team as needed. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.
