Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly. Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant. Ensure completion of projects within budgets. Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions. Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc. of all equipment. Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance. Create and maintain P&IDs for current and future processes. Support the implementation of statistical process control by implementation of data collection systems Support the site's environmental program by assisting with reporting, compliance monitoring, and QA results in support of process engineering improvements. Troubleshooting machinery, including PLC coding adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering. 0 to 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment. Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience. The Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprentice will gain valuable skills and knowledge through a combination of practical experience and theoretical learning. An average day or week may include:
Dispensing Medications:
Accurately preparing and dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
Ensuring correct labelling and packaging of medications
Counselling patients on proper medication usage and possible side effects
Inventory Management:
Assisting in managing the stock of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
Ensuring medications are stored correctly and safelyConducting regular stock checks and reordering supplies when needed
Patient Care and Support:
Providing advice on over-the-counter medications and general health concerns
Supporting patients in managing their medication regimes

The training typically includes:

Practical Experience: Apprentices work in a pharmacy setting under the supervision of qualified pharmacy professionals, gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of pharmacy practice, including dispensing medications, managing stock, providing health advice, and maintaining patient records
Assessment and Evaluation: Throughout the apprenticeship, apprentices are assessed on their progress and performance via written exams, practical assessments, and ongoing evaluations from their supervisors. They must also complete a final assessment, known as the End-Point Assessment (EPA), which evaluates their competence in the role of a pharmacy technician
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths are also required to be completed before the EPA, if applicable
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Pharmacy Apprenticeship, participants will receive a Level 3 qualification in Pharmacy Services Skills (or equivalent). This qualification enables them to register with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a qualified pharmacy technician, opening up several career opportunities within the pharmacy sector.Training Outcome:

The apprenticeship standard has two parts:
The Learning Journey - this incorporates the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are essential to the role, employer and industry. It covers the coaching and mentoring elements of the programme, delivery of the functional skills if required and, where necessary, any additional support to the apprentice. Specific technical knowledge and skills training is provided by the employer. During the learning journey, apprentices will produce a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate they have developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for the role and this portfolio will support the end-point assessment
The training and development delivered by the employer and Training Station will ensure the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be able to complete their end-point assessment

My client is looking for a Mechanical Mainteanance Engineer to be based in a critical / commercial building Landlord side only within City of London London. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £46,200, further training and career progression.Respond to Service Desk reactive tasks as directed in accordance with SLAsAssist in ensuring plant rooms are tidy and presentable, reporting any issues for rectification.Undertake reactive maintenance, minor works and public health maintenance including blocked toilets.Investigation and rectification of hot & cold air conditioning complaints. This will entail operation of the Building Management System (BMS), plus operation of the Lighting Control System (LCS).Complete water treatment tasks in accordance with L8 utilising the water treatment logbooks as directed by the Responsible Person(s) report any issues without delay.
