Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc). This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman. When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
