Position Summary:
Design, implement, and manage SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across Carboline. Support internal teams SharePoint sites for various departments, conduct training courses according and create effective applications and workflows.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational goals Implement best practices for SharePoint governance, security, and compliance Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SharePoint tools Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint performance and issues, ensuring optimal user experience Stay current with SharePoint updates and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on existing solutions Conduct virtual classes on SharePoint functions, features, and best practices for new and current employees Support 8x8 (voip) phone system support and user set up Provide Level 2 help desk support for internal and remote users Backup for Azure user environment, including creating and deleting users, managing access, in tune management Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs
Requirements:
3+ years working with SharePoint, including site design, development, and administration. Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation, or similar programs. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and REST APIs. Proficient in utilizing SharePoint features such as lists, libraries, pages, and workflows. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate or similar, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental requirements are associated with this position. Periodically lifts up to 40 pounds.

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility. We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility. This position will involve spending a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes. PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields. Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM). Proven experience as safety manager. Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies. Experience in data analysis and risk assessment. Excellent organizational and motivational skills. Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires some physical activity including but not limited to standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately 50% of workday. This position could also require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns. Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility. Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to colleagues in other departments. I am now seeking an experienced PROJECT MONITOR who is either a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Chartered Project Manager by training to work as a Project Monitor on an extensive range of high value projects in the Bristol and Bath areas.

THE COMPANY
My client is a specialist firm of construction consultants who mainly specialise in providing fund monitoring services for a good range of clients.
They have offices covering the UK.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Project Monitor with at least three years monitoring experience on large construction projects.
You will be either a Chartered Quantity Surveying or a Chartered Project Manager by training and be MRICS qualified.
You will review the development proposals to ascertain the project viability mainly from a construction point of view providing essential advice on cost procurement, programme and security documentation.
You will work on behalf of the funder / deverloper / investor and work throughout the project lifecycle performing a monitoring role tracking and reviewing risks and project performance, often with a primary liability to certify drawdowns, whilst protecting the funds secured status.
You will be able to monitor the project to ensure it is going to plan, timescale and to budget and be able to identify risks for all parties and consider their mitigation.
You will do due diligence reporting, technical solutions advice and other detailed reporting.
This is a hybrid role as you can mostly work from home and also be available to attend site and client's offices.
My client needs someone who has excellent communication skills and is keen to progress their career in montoring.
Salary in the region of £60000 to £75000 per annum plus pension, healthcare, RICS fees and other benefits plus excellent prospects.
