Key Responsibilities:
Respond to both client queries and requests, and other internal departments within agreed timescales and in line with our Company procedures
The deployment of our Client solutions, racks and related equipment to agreed plans, provided by our project teams
Provide expert cabling support including crimping, patching, labelling, running and terminating
Manage a queue of internal and external requests via ServiceNow ticket system and/or via emails, which may include some direct client interaction
Follow escalation processes; tickets to support management and other teams as required
Liaise with both Clients and Third party suppliers when onsite, and report / escalate any client problems
Monitoring and escalation of critical infrastructure
Site Access Management, if there is no onsite security
Assist with troubleshooting faults
Install and decommission redundant equipment and cabling
Work closely with all members of the DC and wider operational teams to ensure efficient, productive and high quality service to our clients within Pulsant live Data Centre
Stock control of Pulsant assets and store management
Manage, categorise and prioritise all relevant tickets; these include problems, queries and requests regarding Pulsant services

Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a new challenge? My Client is looking for someone to join their existing team to work on Design projects as part of a team and individually.
The design role will cover jobs from quick modifications to large scale Design Projects as well as R&D projects including creating all working drawings, assembly sketches and bills of materials.
On occasion you will be required to attend customer sites to partake in loading trials to evaluate designs. This role will suit a highly motivated person who has a broad skill set and has excellent and effective communication skills.

- Experienced in standard methods of steel component fabrications and good engineering practice and a sound knowledge of welded fabrications
- Ability to calculate stresses and approve designs for manufacture (first principals is basic requirements)
- A good understanding of hydraulics, electrics, pneumatic systems and their installations.

Training:Training will be provided by Solihull College and an assessor will be allocated to support you. Job descriptionTo use CAD/CAM software to create models of master parts. Responsible for the manufacture of ‘Master Hobs’ which will provide the optimum punch tabletting face for the highest quality tablets and trouble-free production, according to customer requirements.
The successful candidate should have:• Use CAD/CAM software to create models and programmes of master parts for the manufacturing of tablet compression tooling.• To carry out the manufacture of parts, working from master tablet tooling designs and drawings.• To operate the die mould CNC milling machine.• To carry out inspection and visual validation using various measuring equipment and vision systems. Including but not limited to micrometres, Vernier callipers, bench clocks, contour tracers, shadow graphs and digital cameras.• To finish and polish fine detailed embossing and other features to a high accuracy, meeting manufacturing specifications.• To complete process checks and update schedules using various applications within Microsoft 360.• To support downstream engineering processes.• To support on other machining operations if required.
Preferred qualifications• Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally with similar industry experience.• Ability to interpret detailed instructions, engineering drawings, and technical reports.• A good understanding of measurement and Quality aspects.• Proactive approach to production line equipment, with the implementation of continuous improvements to drive better performance.• Preferred understanding of QRM or a similar environment of manufacturing lead times.• Team player, flexible with hours of work, excellent communicationskills.• Ability to contribute effectively as part of a larger team - essential.• Adaptable and willing to go the extra mile to meet tight operational deadlines.• Eagerness to learn and adaptive in approach.• Ability to work independently.
