The Role - Forensic Vehicle Fire Investigator:
â Travelling to and from storage compounds or the location of fire damaged vehicles
â Conducting thorough, forensic vehicle examinations, capturing important details and Photographs
â Using the results of inspection in conjunction with other evidence to determine the likely origin and cause of vehicle fires
â Producing, independent, technical reports that accurately present and interpret the evidence in a manner easily understandable by a layperson, insurer, lawyer, or court.
â Working in full compliance of civil procedure rules
â Liaising with barristers/ legal teams and giving expert witness testimony in court where required
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Forensic Vehicle Fire Investigator:
- Experience in Forensic Investivations
- A Level 5 (HND) qualification in an engineering subject and previous vehicle fire investigation experience/ qualification is ideal. However, some training is available so candidates who can demonstrate a high level of experience in motor mechanical investigations are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge and Abilities: Principally, you must be well-organised, motivated, capable of working autonomously, possess an aptitude for problem solving, and have excellent written and verbal skills. A driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential.

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. Support to produce Exterior lighting calculations for a variety of environments such as Car Parks, Residential roads, Architectural buildings and bridges, Campus and Rail stations
Learn to understand clients briefs and technical performance criteria
Communicate with the Local Sales Managers to support them to create suitable solutions that achieve the clients brief within the budget constraints
Accompany colleagues to attend site visits and customer meetings when appropriate
Support to ensure the CRM database is updated with process information on the projects and include any design changes
Work closely with the Projects team and Engineering team to maximise any opportunity to learn
Attend relevant industry and trainings events with colleagues
Training:This occupation is found in a wide range of industries of national importance including but not limited to power and water infrastructure, petrochemical, oil and gas, nuclear, renewables, food and drink processing, defence, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. This is a core and options apprenticeship standard. Apprentices will be trained and assessed against the core and one option. There are five options:
Electrical power design technician
Control and instrumentation design technician
Mechanical design technician
Piping design technician
Structural design technician
The broad purpose of the occupation is to contribute to the preparation of design solutions and produce designs, drawings or models for structures, piping, electrical systems, control and instrumentation systems or mechanical components. They must understand technical models, drawings and specifications and be able to create their own. In their daily work, an employee in this occupation interacts with a range of internal and external stakeholders. They are usually based at office locations within project design teams and occasionally work at on-site locations. An employee in this occupation will be responsible for contributing to the design of engineering components, structures and systems. Role Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentice to join and strengthen our Site and Systems Team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-tech projects, primarily involving the installation of systems on trains located at depots across the UK, as well as contributing to ongoing work at our Derby-based production facility.
This position involves regular travel to customer sites nationwide, with time also spent at our Derby office supporting system development and testing.
You will work with a wide range of advanced technologies, including line scanning and machine vision cameras, precision lighting, laser measurement systems, thermal sensors, embedded Linux platforms, IP networking, and GPS/4G/5G connectivity.

Develop the skills to obtain consent prior to giving care in accordance with Trust policies.
Under supervision, follow individual patient care plans and report any changes immediately to the Registered Nurse/Assistant Practitioner.
Participate in basic patient assessment whilst providing personal care and feeding back to the registered nurse to ensure high standards of care, in particular relating to skin integrity and the alertness of the patient.

At the conclusion of your programme, your qualification will be assessed through an Apprenticeship Assessment.
