The duties and responsibilities involved in this role will involve:

Assisting the accounts manager with administrative duties to enable smooth preparation of VAT returns and yearly accounts
Liaising with customers and suppliers and dealing with invoicing disputes

During the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support, development and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to qualify and have a successful career in dental nursing.
Your daily activities could include:

During your working day, the dental practice will support you with learning the practical skills required, whilst your training provider (Aspiration Training) will teach you the theory side. Your studies will be based online with regular teaching and 1-2-1 sessions. Provide administration for the exhibitors at the International Congress
Send event communications, reminders and confirmations
Monitor email inboxes, responding to queries and updating records
Process delegate and speaker registrations, payments and refunds using College database
Produce and deliver promotional emails and other marketing materials
