The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, based in Hertfordshire will report to the Engineering Manager and work with Product Design Services. The role requires an “all-round” mechanical engineer to work in post design support for military communications products. You will be involved in almost all aspects of new product development and installed product support; from initial design, specification capture, assembly and testing, to in-field support and potentially on-site training of equipment operation.
Responsibilities include:
-Designing and modifying electro/mechanical models and drawings of RF products for VLF/LF communications systems.
