Training:
Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - No classroom or college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules
You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer
All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours

Every project large or small requires a program be it simple or complex. A project program is used to highlight issues, delays, opportunities, project acceleration and a whole host of other things most of which will be touched on under this course.
As an apprentice you will start with easy tasks, attending meetings and taking notes to learn how construction project programs are built up and what’s included.
As experience and training progresses you will have more responsibly, expected to input more and be able to work on your own initiative.
On top of the apprenticeship course, you will also be expected to attend software courses and attend site meetings.
The focus of the apprenticeship will be to give you the knowledge and experience to allow you to successfully produce and control a project program.
Training:
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Construction Support Technician Level 3.
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course.
There is a blended learning approach, apprentices training will be in the workplace, online and there may be occasional visits to the Training Provider. This will fall within your contracted working hours.

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will contribute to a high-quality caring environment for children.
