Within this role, you will be joining a client focused legal practise that offers a competitive salary for the area, excellent training opportunities and an additional benefits package. Your day-to-day as a Residential Conveyancer may include:
Supporting other members of the team when necessary
Handling a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters such as sales and purchases, remortgage matters and freeholds/leaseholds from inception to completion
Networking activities
Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years’ previous experience within the Residential Conveyancing sector, is highly organised, has a keen eye for detail and is confident in their own ability.

Partou will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This will be delivered through Partou‘s dedicated training provider, Realise
Training Outcome:
Level 2 Pathway apprentices at Partou usually become qualified Nursery Assistants within 12 months of starting. After this, many move onto the Level 3 Pathway
